Need Help re: Do I need a race tuner

I have a 2008 Heritage Classic, I put on a set of Rush slipon mufflers and a K&N air filter. Do I need a race tuner? If so which one, and how much are they. Also is this something I can install?:hammerhead:horse

I put a set of Rush 2.0 muffs on my '07 FXSTC. No other changes. The a/f ratio was the same before and after (dyno proven).

Now.....since you also changed the air cleaner/filter I'd guess you were gonna be too lean and would need a fuel manager of some type.
