I have the V&H slipons on my 883L and took the baffles out. I have asked 10 people and got basically had 10 different answers. Do the baffles have any real effect on the bike other than supposed back pressure? I took mine out and found it was louder and seem to be a little faster. Just wondering because I love the sound and get compliments all the time. THis might also have to do with the power commander that is installed, because I don't remember it sounding or riding the same before. I had a fuel pak in it but the PC seemed a world apart. Just wondering if it really makes a difference one way way or the other as far as HP.......:ninja
