I just bought an 04 FLHRC with 3750 original miles. It has the K&N air cleaner, a pair of Rinehart slip ons and a V&H FuelPak. I wanted to check the mapping in the fuelpak so I went to the dealer to have them check the ECU to see what was in it. I ended up getting a down load, part # 32796-04A/DT Description, 1550 ST 1 FLH’04+DIGITAL TEC. The service guy said it was a 95” d/l. Did they put a stage 2 d/l in my 88” motor? I say my mileage dropped 6-7 mpg and they say the download has no effect on mileage. I think I should be getting better than 32-35 mpg when the first 3 tanks were 41-42 mpg. Thank you
