Hi Mike,

I'm about ready to break in my Baisley built 95 and would like your advise as to which style works best?

Motortune style, S&S style or the manuals proceedure?

I had so many problems the last time I never was able to warm it up and go and it looked to me the skirts had too much wear.

Now it's bored and ready to go again.

Thanks, Jeff

The "Moto-tune" method is really designed for liquid cooled bikes. We incorporate SOME of the methodology of the this method in our "new motor tune" process, but it is MUCH more involved due to the air cooling. Our process provides the best INITIAL break-in, with the remainder of the on road break-in done in a tuned state. This has proved (and recently independantly confirmed) to be the best approach and bikes that have gone through this have proved to make more hp/tq vs bikes that have not (escpecially once compelety broken-in).

To answer your question, without the dyno process, the H-D manual proceedure would be our first recommendation.
