I have a 2005 screamin eagle fatboy. It cam with a race tuner kit.
I would like to obtain 120 hp. Is this possible ?
City driving makes up 1/2 of the miles I drive.
Whats the answer Big Bore / Stroke / ???
would installing a 124 ss be smarter?
I am looking for low end torque.
I have not interests past 90 mph.
Take ocassional trips so I am looking for realiability.

Any suggetsions appreciated. :)

120 is easily attainable with well ported heads, appropriate cam and exhaust with a good tune.

As I've talked about at length on this forum, we need to defined what an owner REALLY means when wanting "low end torque". If by this, we mean best desired tq from 2000-3000, then we may have to give up PEAK hp/tq numbers (120) to accomplish this. If best desired tq is 2700+, then we can achieve this with the above changes. BUT, you will give up some "low end torque" in the 2500 rpm area. Horsepower expectations and low end tq can often be mutually exclusive (I.E., one may have to be somewhat sacrificed to get the best of the other). So this distinction is important to get correct AND to understand the consequences/expectations.

An S&S 124 (or Jims 120/131) will deffinitely give you your desired results but seems a little overkill and expensive to achieve those goals.
