Mike ,
have you heard or do you have any information on the new cam that came out by Andrews for the 96ci bikes. I believe that it is a Tw-54h or simply 54h cam. I saw it breifly mentioned on another website and wanted to know if you had any info on it.
Must admit ignorance here. Looked at Andrews web site and saw no mention but they do not update often. Will do more checking as possible. Maybe phone call.

It seems to have spec close to the SE 255. Was designed for the new 96ci motors. I will see if I can get the specs
Intake: .555 lift, 19?/ 39?, D=238?, LCA @ 100?, TDC Lift = .181
Exhaust .555 lift 43?/15?, D = 238?, LCA = 104?, TDC Lift = .158
Other stuff OL= 34?, Clean up porting recommended & CR of 9.4:1
Oh yeah, ?yes it is a bolt in for an 06 Dyna?.
Very interesting stuff indeed! My little old heard was going cathump cathump, my eyes got big. A set of SE forged pistons and skinny head gasket and I?m good to go. Well, maybe some springs or hi lift keepers.
Then the other day this shows up on Andrews web site:
216354 54H
Intake: 16?/42?, D=238?, .555 Lift TDC Lift=.165, Spring Travel= .615
Exhaust: 52?/08?, D=238?, .555 Lift, TDC Lift=.158, -, etc.
I know I?m somewhat challenged but my light weight mini mind just tells me there is something wrong here like the exhaust duration, that would be 240?. The exhaust lobe looks like they added to the top of a SE ? 204.

Mike this was on an 07 ultra without a dyno or any kind of tuning. No SERT, stock air filter and cover withstock pipes. With good pipes and good air filter this looks promising.
Appears to be almost a high lift version of the 204. The 255 is much earlier on timing with a lot less overlap and very little duration. Odd that the part number for the 54 does not appear on Andrews price sheets or in the catalog!?
In reference to your dyno chart. Is this with stock mufflers? Also, is that with cams installed?

Yes I believe that he had the stock exhaust on the bike.

Mike,
I was wrong. Below is what was on the bike at the time of the dyno.
2007 streetglide {96"} Zippers air cleaner and Kerker slip-ons,thats it. 5th gear SAE. 60.73 hp. and 82.79 tq. will have the Andrews H54s {chain dr.} in 2-3 days. One thing I will say about the stock cams , is they have a very flat tq. line. Anyway , we will see what the 54s will do. NO BLACK BOX.

I am curious to know what you think of this cam for just a cam replacement instead of using the SE204. Would be with SE a/c and V/H classic rounds
With similar timing but higher lift should give better cylinder fill=tq. Could turn out to be a very good choice for 05L stock heads.
