I'll be taking delivery of a new Ultra in late March/ early April. I plan to add V&H Basic slipons, AC and Race Tuner at delivery. I expect to be through your area sometime in May and hoped to be able to schedual a Dyno Tune at that time.

A couple of questions:

How many miles should I have on the engine before subjecting it to the Dyno?

How much lead time do you need for an appointment?

Given the configuration I will have, how long would you expect a tune to take?

Thanks
Steve

Normally we like to see at lease 500 miles on the motor prior to dyno tuning but we have a "new motor tune" process for those with less, it costs and addtional $60.00 vs standard tune due to the added time required.
At this time of year we can get you right in for tuning. Typically takes 3-4 hours for a complete tune (each cylinder done independantly) but expect to be here for the better part of the day for bike inspection, detailing, paperwork, etc.
