looking for a better tuner

looking for a sert tuner around st louis just had my bike put on a dyno last week less than 90 minutes total time been told nothing more can be done gas mileage is way down in the low 30's runs flat build is a 95" 37g cam 9.8 compression , sert, ported heads, zippers air filter and d&d fatcat w standard baffle torque was max 94 hp was 99 any thoughts? TIA

"V-TWIN Forums" has a "best tuners" list. May be a good place to start. I have not managed to compile such a list but it would be great to have one. On my to-do list (really long list).
