I am looking to put together a low buck build on my 06 FLHTCI. I am looking to add some HP & TQ all around, especially passing power at lower rpm, 2000 to 5000. Does the stage II offer much of a change over stock?
The other consideration is 10.25 1550 cast with 211's, running SE slip ons, SE or Ness big sucker air cleaner and stock heads. Our local HD dealer says there is no map for this combo on 06 Decker. Would the Terry Terminal Velocity self adjusting unit be any good for this?
All your help with my other build has been GREATLY appreciated!!

A good addition to your question would be including your price range.ONE GUYS LOW BUK IS THE NEXT GUYS IG BUK BUILD.

Air in and air out is where to start, Air cleaner and mufflers what type riding will you do? I used 203 cam on a road king with air cleaner and mufflers and was very happy.Usually about 1200 - 1600 depending on where u live and wether its done off season or not.

See our magazine build for American Iron Aug/Sept 06. This is our "211" or "Executive" kit. Much more bang for less money than the Stg 2 BB kit (we bore the cylinders rather than buy new). Uses 211 cams and cast 10.25 pistons with stock heads. Large dyno sample on this site. One of our most popular packages. Does require Race Tuner or similar and mapping. Recommend 25 degree injectors if not already installed for 06 models. Stock reliability and BIG smiles!!!

Hi Mike
Sounds like I will go with this. Should I go with power commander or??? Our dealer says there is no map for anything beyond stage II for 06? Also while its apart should I add compression releases?
Again, THANKYOU for all the great info!

Compression releases are not required but nice to have just in case the battery ever gets low, adds cost. We like Race Tuner but Power Cmdr is a good alternative. This choice comes down to your local tuners proficiency with either. Race Tuner is better but requires more time and skill vs the PC.
