Hi Mike.

Just ordered a Baisley Spring, looking for install tips and found ya.

I live in Montana at a higher elevation, top of the contenental devide. avg. elevation 4000-6000 on trips around the area.

When i run around at 65-70 my fuel milage is far better then at 75-85, normal crusing speed here. "Am talking about up to 100 miles or more depending on wind, to the tankfull different"

Have an 01 FLHTCI injected, dealer stage 1 upgrade, SE aircleaner, Sampson Python slip on Exhaust, 32,800 miles.
Is there any re-map or adjustment i can do, to flip the mileage numbers so that at 75-85 would be better mileage? "Also keeping the solid dependability?"

Thanks

Jim

You may not be able to get the same milage at higher speed due to wind resistance but you can expand the high AFR ratio's into higher MAP loads and rpms in that table, depending on where they are now (assumming you have Race Tuner). I.E., if upon review your AFR's are set at, for example, 13.2 at 70 MAP and from 3000 rpm's and up, you can increase them to 14.3 in those areas. I would not go above 80 MAP or 4500 rpm with these changes.
