carb jetting,aircleaner,exhaust & ignition 2003 88c.i.FLHT

Mike,I just bought an 03 FLHT bone stock & would like to make her breath alittle better.Can you advise me on exhaust,slip ons, screaming eagle vs d&d vs supertrapp etc.also your opinion about 2into1 ie: supertrapp,d&d, thunderheader etc.I would also like your advise on aircleaner & carb jetting.Does Latus sell a jet kit or individual jets & can you tell me what sizes I might need ?Also your advice on ignition.I plan on installing the parts myself & then bringing her in for some dyno time.Any & all advise will be greatly appreciated !

I like the SE air cleaner kits. The D&D fatcat is a good choice for 2 to 1 systems. Slip-ons are the V&H Round Classics. The 2 to 1 system will make better peak numbers. vs slip-ons. Go with Dyna or Dsytona Twin Tec ignitions. We do sell a jet kit and you can contact our parts dept for info on that. A good start is a 48 low speed, 185 main with one needle shim. Mian may be bigger or smaller depending on exh (the 2-1's will typ want a larger main).
