Hi Mike,
My 2007 Dyna superglide will be going in for the 1000 mile service before long and I am wondering about having my dealer do the stage 1 upgrade which includes the new 50 state street legal screamin eagle mufflers. Is this upgrade even worth doing and can it be successfully added on to at a later time. I would eventually like to have the heads upgraded and get a cam to go along with the head work. Maybe a new throttle body like the one you are developing and certainly EFI tuning. I don't see any need for higher compression or bigger cylinders, would just like to get power numbers in the mid nineties. Would these upgrades work with the 50 state legal system or would it be a waste of time and money without going to a higher level exhaust system? Do the new 50 state mufflers have built in catalytic converters? How do they flow compared to the stock mufflers?
I have learned a lot from you forum and would like the opportunity to stop in when I get over to your side of the mountains. Would also like to check on having you do some of the changes I would like to make.
Thanks,
Jim
