Mike- Thanks for the reply.
I was able to have my 07 FLHRS dyno'd at the local HD dealer in town. The results in my opinion are very dissapointing 70.23 HP and 86.01 Torque. Probably the most dissapointing thing is that all the dealership did was take the closed loop section of map #67 and adjust it to 13.5 afr across the board. In essence it no longer uses the O2 sensors! I hate to go back and challenge them on the work as this is the only shop within 75-80 miles and somewhat consider the "Dyno" a bit of an insurance policy in case any warranty work needs to happen.

Mike, in your opinion am I losing out on lot's of plus side performance? Would I get better performance and gas mileage if I advanced the timing 1.5 to 2 degrees in the newly adjusted cells? I realize I will eventually need to get my machine properly tuned, however heading to Daytona in a coulple of weeks and want the best riding experience. I truly value your opinion as I have been on many forums and you are by far the most respected.. Your thought?
Thanks

Thanks for the compliments! If you got a copy of the custom, I would at least change the AFR's to 14.1 int the 2-4k/20-60KPA area's. The O2's will still not be active but you'll get better fuel milage. You could go to 14.6 in the same area's and have the O2's active. Advancing the timing will help with milage also. Your numbers are not totally out of line depending on their method (4th gear SAE). We typ see 72-76hp and 90-96tq in 5th gear STD numbers with similar combo's.

Mike, thanks for the quick response. Yes I have a copy of the custom map and I will go and change the afr to 14.1 in the area you reccommend. If I advance the timing what area of the map should do this in and how many degrees ?. Also will advancing the timing improve the performance too?
Thanks

Technically you can advance the timing until you hear/see detonation, then back down from there. I would increase by 4 degree increments at a time. Advancing timing, in theory, would improve torque. If advanced too far and detonation kicks in, torque will drop dramatically (that is actually how we sometimes determine detonation is occuring if the dyno chart shows a droped and ragged torque curve). I.E., you'll get the best torque with the most amount of timing the motor can accept (assuming fuel is correct). Changing timing in those areas discussed on the earlier reply will not show on the dyno chart because they are not in the 100% column, WOT.
