SERT Map for '05 Ultra with D&D Fatcats???

As the headline suggests, do you have a SERT Map for an '05 Ultra with D&amp;D Fatcats or close? I would imagine that Supertrapp and Screamin Eagle 2-into-1 pipes would be similar to the D&amp;D's.

Please let me know - sorry for the shameless compliment, but you REALLY do seem to know what you're doing.
