Mike,

Have a '07 96 c.i. UC and la new "F" series SERT. I have a AN Big Sucker AC and V&H oval slip-ons on the bike.

Loaded the map off the new series SERT for this year and c.i. Map was for this bike running a SE AC and race exhaust.

Bike seems to run a lot better, no more chugging and acting like it was a bit our of time when starting.

however, pulled the plugs and the rear cyl is running definately running leaner than i would like (white on electrode).

any tips on riching it up with my SERT or do you have a map that would be better suited for what I have.

'ppreciate the help.

I'm always a little cautious with plug readings as this can change based on load/rpms/runtime/fuel quality/etc. With the closed loop system, the 07's are also very lean burn engines. White or clean electrodes is actually what we now lookd for are would be considered normal. Blistering, specling (tan dots), burning off of the electrode would be things to watch for a be concerned about. Having said all that, we do have a map for your combo and do sell them for $47.50 through enternet sales. You can make adjustments to the SERT maps (just save them as seperate files when doing so). In basic mode, both cylinders are modified together using the AFR table and in advanced mode each cylinder can be changed, independent of each other, via the VE tables. Reducing the numbers in the AFR table richens the fuel. Increasing values in the VE tables does the same. Note that any value in the AFR table below 14.5 will de-activate clossed loop capability in that cell. The "closed loop bias" table can also be used to enrichen or lean specific areas, similar to the AFR table. The SERT help menue files will clarify much of this.
Thanks, Mike
