Hi Mike, I was steered to your site by someone on the vtwin forum. I am getting ready to have a 113 built for my Road King Classic. HTCC heads and pistons, 50 mm Throttle body, 264 SE cam and SERT. Is there anything I should be aware of with this build? Do I need the Timken Bearing upgrade? I will be using a RB Racing Black Hole exhaust. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Mike if I do need the Timken bearing, what is the part number? Are the 07 bearings better than the previous years?
Only real change I might consider is the 260 cams vs the 264. Better low end and midrange with almost equal hp with the 10.5 compression. If your compression is 10.8-11 then the 264 looks good. Even the 50mm SE throttle body may not be enough for a really good set of heads (assuming the HTCC Ported heads). We offer a throttle body that can be as large as 58mm and others also offer larger than 50. The timken conversion is always a good thing. We sublet this out to STD when needed and I believe it is $250.00-$275.00 (call STD to confirm). They have quick turnaround and great pricing, plus they practically invented the conversion (been doing it for years on really high output EV and Shovel motors as the stock insert in the cases would loosen). I do not believe the stock left side bearing changed for '07. We have not tried the RB Blackhole exhaust but I've been reviewing them and hope to try a set soon. We have a magazine 110 build coming up and may give them a try.
Thanks, Mike

Thanks for the reply Mike. I will definitely look at the 260 cams. The heads are the HTCC ported. Hopefully the 50 mm is enough, if not I will be giving you a call to order one of your larger throttle bodies. Will let you know how the Black Hole exhaust works.
