Mike - I am bringing my bike to you this weekend for a dyno tune. This is based on your feedback of my tune a while ago on this forum. My question is: Should I change the oil and filter before I bring the bike to you? I currently have Syn 3 with about 1500 miles on the oil and filter. Any other prep you would like done before I drop it off?

Thanks,
Biggzed

Thank you for considering us. Not much prep required so long as rear tire and clutch are in good shape. We like the bikes as close to how you've been riding prior of the dyno to get a good picture of the true gains from the tune. Do not get me wrong in that the dyno is hard on the tire or clutch, it's just that these are what most commonly cause interuptions in tuning. The oil/filter kinda goes both ways, some guys like to have it fresh for the dyno. I prefer to do the dyno first then change after, so long as levels are checked before dynoing.
Thanks, Mike
