Having worked as a tech I have a pretty high-end build 95" 2002 RK as my personal bike and I need it tuned. Build KB 10.5 pistons, Custom cam duplicate of SE251 in gear drive, Cometic .030, heads T-Man CNC ported with 1.8" port and 1.94 intake S&S manifold with CV51 Fatcat std baffle DTT ign. CCP is 190. Before I bring it down for a tune I want to be sure I have the hardware optimized so am looking for questions and or suggestions first (I am in Tacoma). Thoughts are a 4 deg advance key as it is a bit soft or head milling to raise the ccp up 15. Fatcat performance baffle. Last but least likely a cam change. Goal streetable 120hp + - 5. I feel there is more in it now have not had it dynoed but need ignition tuning especially. Sorry a little more than IGN question.

TRADTIONALLY A CCP OF 210 HAS BEEN ABOUT THE MOST WE LIKE TO SEE FOR DETONATION, STARTING AND TEMPERATURE REASONS. SOME ENGINES BIULDERS ARE ACTUALLY BACKING THIS NUMBER DOWN (TP PERFORMANCE). THE ADVANCE KEY WOULD INCREASE CYLINDER PRESSURE BUT PEAK HP MAY SUFFER. YOU SHOULD BE AROUND 10.7 WITH THE PISTON/GASKET COMBO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE. OF COURSE THE HIGHER THE CYLINDER PRESSURE THE HIGHER LOW END TORQUE WILL BE. SO LONG AS WE DO NOT HAVE TO DETUNE IT TO CONTROL DETONATION. THE SOFT FEELING MAY BE MOSTLY LACK OF BACK PRESSURE IN THE EXHAUST. FOR HP, WE HAVE HAD THE BEST LUCK WITH DD'S PERFORMANCE MUFFLER FOR THE FATCAT BUT WILL FEEL SOFTER FROM 2.5-3.5K. WE ALSO ALWAYS WANT TO BE AWARE OF NOISE LEVELS WITH OUR EXHAUST CHOICE.
120 IS CERTAINLY ACHIEVABLE BUT WE WOULD TELL A CUSTOMER TO EXPECT 110-115HP/TQ (5TH GEAR STD). i DOUBT A CAM CHANGE IS NEEDED AND THE DTT IGNTION IS VERY GOOD.
